8.2 Phenomenon
- On the homepage, check the device status: the 4G signal shows 0. When checking the 4G status in Network Settings, it displays "active", yet the device cannot connect to the internet.
8.3 Possible Reasons
- The SIM card is not properly inserted into the card slot.
- SIM card plan is deactivated
- Bug
- The SIM card holder is faulty. It is necessary to confirm whether the 4G connection remains unavailable after the card plan is activated.
8.4 Troubleshooting Steps
- Check that the SIM card is correctly inserted into the slot of the lawn mower
- APP -- Network Settings -- 4G Preferred, restart the device
8.5 Solutions
The 4G plan will be activated once the user binds the device to it.
- Try using your own SIM card to test whether it works properly
- If it still does not work after several insertion and removal attempts, and 4G is still unavailable even when you replace it with your own SIM card, please upload the log first.
