2.2 Phenomenon

1. Upon power-on, there is no fan noise, the LCD screen remains off, and the breathing indicator light does not turn on
2. The fan runs on startup but the LCD screen and breathing indicator light remain off
3. The LCD screen and breathing light turn off after being on for a few seconds

2.3 Possible Reasons

1. Power cord connection issue
2. The battery level is 0% or the battery is damaged
3. The power button is pressed for too long or too short a time

2.4 Troubleshooting Steps

If you have a multimeter and are comfortable performing basic electrical checks, you may use the following procedure. If you are not sure, please contact Lymow Support before proceeding.

1. Check whether there is a short circuit inside the machine

   • Power off the mower and move it outside the charging station. Set the multimeter to the resistance range, use the test leads to touch the two metal pins inside the power socket as indicated by the arrow (as shown in the figure), and read the value on the screen.

   

   • Normal range judgment: 1KΩ - 8.9KΩ
   • Hardware short circuit: less than 1K, do not power it on.

2. Check whether the battery has power

   

   • First, short-circuit the pins shown in the figure
   • Set the multimeter to the voltage range, and test the voltage across the positions shown in the diagram:
     • 0V: Recharge before retesting
     • Other values: Contact support email
3. Press the power button for the correct duration, which is 3-5 seconds; pressing it for too long will cause the device to shut down again during the startup process.

If the issue persists after following the steps above, please contact Lymow Support Center at support@lymow.com with the following information:

• Order ID/Purchase Invoice
• Troubleshooting results (with photos)
• Device serial number (SN)
• Time the issue occurred
